How does it work? 

We use a non-staining blend of materials including natural plant oils and extracts, insecticide and a spreader sticker. This combination kills mosquitoes on your property and utilizes the repellent/masking properties of natural plant oils and extracts. This limits new mosquitoes from entering your yard. A spreader sticker is added to provide uniform spray coverage and reduce effects of rainfall. Also important to note, is the significant reduction of black, deer and other biting flies.

We also provide a Natural Product-Organic control program.

 

How often?

The residual control of insecticide applied lasts about 3 weeks. Some services re-apply at 14 day intervals, while others apply monthly. We have found that 21 days is a good compromise to keep costs lower and still have excellent results. This normally amounts to seven or eight visits per season. Our natural products program has a 14 day spray interval.

 

How are products applied?

We prefer the use of a truck mounted spray tank, hose and gun sprayer, over the back pack mist blowers used by many. We feel it provides deeper penetration into shady areas and greater control of spray shape and droplet size for varying conditions.

 

Where are products applied?

Areas of shade and dense foliage provide the best resting places for mosquitoes. This typically includes the outside perimeter of your yard, shrub beds, the area beneath your deck and crawl spaces and the shady side of your home. These areas will be the primary focus of our spraying.   

 

Your application:

Upon arrival your licensed applicator will inspect your yard for toys, pets, open windows and personal belongings. A pesticide application flag will be placed to alert you of our visit. We will then complete your application. Keep off the application area until dry. An invoice with required regulatory information and return envelope will be provided. Your next application will automatically be scheduled for approximately 21 days later, 14 days for natural program.

 

What's the cost?

Many companies have a seasonal "one price fits all" cost. Our prices are based on your property size and always include your yards outside edge, not just the area around the home "living areas". You can pay seasonally and save 5% or per visit. We will visit your property free of charge or obligation to provide you with accurate pricing.
